Gas fire service costs £90-£120. You should have your gas fire serviced every year to ensure your gas fire keeps you wonderfully warm.
If your gas fire is under warranty, not having it serviced annually can invalidate the warranty.
When one of our Gas Safe Engineers comes out and services your gas fire, they also clean it all up and get it looking just about new again for you. This includes:
- cleaning frets & frames
- polishing brass
- spraying the coals and back of the fire black again

Sometimes if your gas fire just isn’t working properly, a service can be all you need to get it going again. If there are extra parts required to get your fire working, they will need to be ordered in and we’ll arrange another day for one of our engineers to come back. The cost for these parts and extra work required will be given to you before we return.
