We chose Trafford Fireplaces as you were one of the very few who responded to our email enquiry so we had just one quote and wanted a comparison. The showroom was lovely and warm on a cold Winter day! We thought the showroom had a good selection to choose from and Sheila was lovely and very helpful. Nothing was too much bother, she answered our questions and also talked about things we weren’t aware of. We chose a Stovax Stockton 5 Woodburning Stove. As we just had a vent in our Chimney Breast, we had an Inglenook built with Honed Granite Hearths and added a Light Oak Timber Effect Beam. I decided to go with Trafford Fireplaces after the advice I was given on visiting the showroom. The showroom was excellent, the staff were helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. They presented different options but were very accommodating to the style I requested. I purchased the Integra Cast Iron Victorian Fireplace with the inset wood burning Stove. The fitters Tony and Alan could not be faulted. They went above and beyond, genuinely good decent people. When there was an issue with access to the chimney stack the Manager Graeme dealt with the issue speedily with a very fair resolution. I believe this is a reflection on the entire business and something you should be commended for. Thank you again. I would wholeheartedly recommend Trafford Fireplaces.

Ww chose a Bohemia C40 Cube with optional side windows and a 400mm Log Store. This is sat on a Polished Black Granite Hearth with Back Panel to suit. The fitters Tony and Allan did an excellent installation job even after a tricky set back.
