The showroom in Carlisle is warm and inviting and well worth a visit. The quality of service from both Brenda and Graeme was excellent. Ww chose a Bohemia C40 Cube with optional side windows and a 400mm Log Store. This is sat on a Polished Black Granite Hearth with Back Panel to suit. The fitters Tony and Allan did an excellent installation job even after a tricky set back.

I was recommended to come to you for my fire. The showroom and Brenda are excellent. I was changing from Coal to a Gas Fire so I bought a new Marble Back and Hearth and an LPG Gazco Convector Living Flame Gas Fire with a Slide Control. The fitter J20 was generally good. I had a slight disappointment that we needed to replace some skirting board, thought with hindsight its understandable.

I chose you because you were reasonably priced. You were prompt and efficient. Better than other establishments I tried. The showroom is surprisingly large and well laid out. So many examples to see, really helpful. Your staff are absolutely great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Graeme. You were also able to send someone out quickly to take a look at the job. I chose to have a plain Inglenook made with a Beam, Granite Hearth and a HETA 45 Multi Fuel Stove. Paul my fitter was good. He overcame any problems and worked quickly. Perhaphs a slightly better finish on plaster.

I saw your shop on London Road and as you were really helpful when I was desperately trying to get firebricks before Christmas I decided to call in and have a look at your multifuel stoves.

During my online search for a local fire supplier I came across Trafford Fireplaces. The showroom was very nice, and I was impressed with Brenda (a member of staff). I rang four suppliers in Cumbria, and she beat them all hands down.
