Cumwhinton is a very old village, established in the 12th century. Sometimes it can be confused with Cumwhitton which is close by, but not by us. Here at Trafford Fireplaces, we’ve been keeping the residents of Cumwhinton and Cumwhitton warm for over 20 years.

We were looking for a new gas fire and as we had bought our original gas fire from yourselves 20 years ago we decided to come back and have a look. We had also received recommendations from friends.
Your showroom was nice and warm with plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful in explaining the products to us. We bought a Gazco gas fire which was fitted by Jamie. His work was neat and tidy and he explained the working of the fire, warranty and servicing.
We are very pleased we came back to Trafford Fireplaces and we are now using the fire, which is a big improvement over the old one.

I’ve lived in Carlisle for 25 years so have pasted your shop many times. I came to you after I had looked on the internet. We thought you had a good range of products. The showroom and stuart was very good. He knew the products and performances well. We bought a Stone fireplace with the Nu Flame High Efficiency Convector Gas fire with the High level Button Controls. We are pleased we came to you.

I had gone to a different shop first but I was not satisfied. I then went to Trafford Fireplaces. They were very pleasant and helpful. The showroom had a lot of choice and a very friendly atmosphere. Peter was very helpful and explained everything about anything I looked at. I chose a Stovax Stockton Multi Fuel Stove. David the fitter and his team were absolutely excellent. I am 100% pleased.

We chose to come to you because we bought our last fire from you. We thought the showroom was laid out very well and that there was a lot of choice. Stuart was very helpful and explained everything well. We bought a Pevex inset stove and David fitted it. He was quick, very clean and tidy. He didn’t make any mess.
