I was recommended to you by a neighbour. Your showroom is very good. Its nice to see some working fires. Graeme was very good at explaining the Fires. I don’t have a fireplace so I chose the Yeoman CL5 Highline with a Honed granite Hearth. Plus a flue system as I had no Chimney. The fitters Tony and Allan were pleasant and helpful. I knew about you through passing the shop and because I had previously purchased a Celtic casting. I chose to come back to you because the last fire was put in well, the brickwork was tidy and there was no mess. What a beautiful showroom you had, there were too many lovely fires to choose from. Peter was helpful and I received a prompt service. I cannot fault Peter as he was very professional. He described which fires were decorative or efficient to help me choose. Jamie fitted my Nu-Flame high efficiency convector gas fire with E button control and he was a very good fitter. He was polite and is an asset to your business. I am very pleased. After having a decorative fire for a few years we decided to put in one of your Nu-Flame gas fires and we certainly feel the difference.
