I heard about Trafford Fireplaces from a relative and as she was happy with the work you did for her I decided to call in and have a look at your gas fireplaces.
The showroom was lovely and friendly and I was served by Matt who was helpful in explaining the products to me.
I purchased an Elgin & Hall Siena fireplace and Gazco Logic convector gas fire and this was fitted by Tony and colleague. He was excellent and I cannot speak more highly of them.
I am pleased with everything and all problems were solved.

I heard about Trafford Fireplaces from a friend and as you had a lovely range of fires I came in for a look.
The showroom was beautiful and the staff were very helpful and friendly and explained the products to me.
I purchased a Cast-Tec Marguis cast iron fireplace and Integra gas fire which was fitted by Jamie and J20 who were friendly and brilliant at what they did.
The service I received from start to finish was brilliant. I love my new fire and it looks fantastic in my living room and was worth every penny. I would highly recommend you to friends and family.

I am one of your previous customers so i came back for a new stove. The showroom is well laid out and we were given ample time to view the stoves before Stuart offered advice and assistance. The stove we purchased was a Heta Inspire 45 and was on display and operating. Its operation was demonstrated by Stuart.David and his team were neat and tidy fitter. A job well done.As a previous customer and well satisfied in the past I saw no reason to shop elsewhere.

The showroom was very good and Peter explained everything we needed to know. This time we chose a Dimplex Langbrook Multi Fuel Stove.We were very pleased with David the Fitters work. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the fire door which was not his fault.
