I came to you as you have a large showroom and a big stock of fires to see. The showroom is extremely well stocked and well set out. It is very helpful to be able to see some fires working. Brenda is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a plain Inglenook made with Honed Granite Hearth and a Gazco Vogue Midi Remote Control Gas Stove. The fitters Tony and Allan are excellent. There friendly, clean and tidy. A good professional job. Will definitely recommend yourselves and we are very happy.

I heard about Trafford Fireplaces through word of mouth. The shop was also accessible and looked to have a good choice of products.
The showroom was well laid out with lots of options and prices and we spoke to Graeme about what we wanted and he was very helpful and not at all pushy.
We chose a Dimplex Wynford electric fire and surround which was delivered by Jamie who was very well mannered and polite. He chatted away and I felt completely at ease having him in my house. Perfect all round service.

I had lived in Carlisle for many years and had seen the shop. I went here because I was aware that you had a good reputation. The showroom was excellent. I was shown the products to suit my requirements and given time to consider my options. Graeme was very helpful but not pushy and any questions I had were fully dealt with. I bought a 45″ Stella mantle with no lights and a Eko 3030 electric fire and Paul fitted it. He was professional, did a neat and tidy installation and showed me how to operate my new fire.

I had a very helpful phone call with Eileen in the shop. I had the Mulberry Electric Suite and Jamie brought it and fitted it for me. I am very satisfied.
