We came to you because we have had great service from you in the past. You have a good range of Fires, Stoves, Hearths etc. I was able to choose from a ‘Real Life’ setting. Brenda was very helpful and patient whilst we deliberated. We chose a Gazco Huntingdon 30 Gas Stove with Log Effect and Remote Control and a new Marble Hearth. The fitters Tony and Allan are efficient, clearly very experienced, friendly and professional. We have recommended you over the years.

We chose Trafford Fireplaces because the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable when we visited. The showroom, it was great looking at all the options which were available. Graeme was totally helpful, explaining about options and pro’s & cons. We chose a Gazco Huntingdon 30 Gas Stove. The fitters Tony and Allan had to remove my old fireplace, make an Inglenook and then fit my new stove with a granite hearth. They did a great job and did what we wanted. I am completely pleased. I heard about Trafford Fireplaces through a surveyor in Caldbeck. You were highly recommended by a colleague of the surveyor and the estimate I received was half the cost of a rival company.
The staff were very helpful and Graeme helped me choose a solid fuel stove and liner which was fitted by Tony and his colleague. They were extremely efficient and left no mess. They were very good indeed.
I am very pleased with everything and I now have a functioning chimney which has been a problem for the past 27 years, many thanks.

We had used Trafford Fireplaces in the past and after receiving poor service at two of your competitors we came back to you.
We were after a wood burning stove and with respect to wood burners there was just enough choice in your shop to give us a flavour of what we wanted.
The staff were quite acceptable but we did have to go to the suppliers website for full details.
We purchased a Stovax Vogue stove and Paul the fitter was excellent and part of the reason we returned to Traffords.
