I had visited the shop before and seen you on the internet. I chose to go to you because of the comments on the internet and I like to support local shops. The showroom was first class, had a very attractive layout and easy to look around. Eileen gave us excellent service and we bought a Dimplex Horton electric fire. Jamie fitted it and he was top class, efficient, clean, polite and quick. We are very pleased we came to you and have told everybody we know.

We drive past your shop quite often. We went round another 2 places but you were the most friendly by far. The showroom was cosy and everything on display was easy to access. It was a lovely clean and welcoming environment. Graeme was very very helpful and he explained everything because we didn’t know what we wanted. We chose a new Gas Fire for our Fireplace. We had Paul fit the Fire. He was great, efficient, on time, and cleaned up. I’m well pleased. I’m really pleased with Trafford Fireplaces. You couldn’t do more. I will definitely buy again from you. I have passed the shop many times. It was your window displays that attracted us. The showroom has a nice range of fires and surrounds to suit all tastes. Graeme was very helpful and was able to explain what was available for our particular circumstance. We chose the Nu-Flame High-Efficiency Open Living Flame Gas Convector Fire with the High-Level Buttons. Paul the fitter was friendly and efficient. We would certainly recommend you to others.

I knew you because I often drive past the shop. You were the 3rd shop I visited and the only one willing to give advice about getting our room ready for a wood burning stove before committing to buying. The showroom was very well laid out – prices clearly visible and lots of brochures available. Graeme was extremely friendly and helpful – not pushy in any way and gave sound advice. We came back to you because we bought a Stove from you before and we were pleased with that job. We think the showroom is warm and friendly and Graeme is helpful and knowledgeable. This time we needed two fires. One was a White Marble Mantel with an Integra Cast Iron interior with an Inset Stove and the other room was a new Gazco High Efficient Inset Gas Fire.Paul and Jamie the fitters worked quickly.
