I knew Trafford’s by name, reputation and price. I found the parking a bit difficult but the showroom experience is good. Graeme was very good at explaining the fires. I bought a Gazco Balanced Flue Stockton Stove. Paul the fitter was excellent, no mess and efficient. Very pleased.

We thought that there was a good choice in the showroom and that Eileen was helpful, she wasn’t too pushy.
