Well, the Olympics are over and no – this is not my Gold Medal, it belongs to the very tall fella ‘Ben Hunt-Davis’. He won the medal at the Sidney 2000 Olympics in the Rowing 8.
I met him recently at a business event. A very inspiring speaker, urging us all to try harder. The mantra they had for everything they tried or did was ‘Will it make the Boat go Faster’. He even wrote a book of the same title.
We have taken up the call and our mantra is ‘Will it make the Customer Happier’ judging by the comments in ‘what our customers say about us’, we are on track. But everything we do is geared towards a satisfied customer who will happily recommend us.
