If you need spare parts, we’re able to get them for all the fires we sell and have sold over the years, providing they’re still being manufactured. For us to find out what the part you need is, you’ll need to be able to tell us:
- Make of the fire
- Model of the fire
- Roughly what bit you need
If you’re not really sure what the part is, take photos of it, or if you can, bring it into us. We’ll be able to identify it, and as long as you know the make and model, we can narrow down exactly what it is you need.
If you’re not sure what the make and model of the fire are, but have your order reference number, we can look back and see what you ordered. If you don’t have that, give us a call anyway, because we can tell you where on your fire to find the make and model.
Spare Parts For Stoves
For stoves, we do keep some spare parts in stock, such as:
- Grates
- Rope Seals
- Paint
Most stove bricks we can cut to size for you. Just ring ahead with the sizes and we’ll have them all ready for you to collect. If you need glass we’ll need to order
in for you and this will usually take a couple of days.
If you’re replacing parts on your stove regularly, make sure you’re burning seasoned wood.

Spare Parts for Gas Fires
Because the makeup of gas fires are a bit more complex, it can be a bit tricky for you to identify the spare part you need unless you know exactly what you’re looking at. And very often when there are problems with gas fires, it’s not due to faulty parts and they’re easily fixed.
If you’re having trouble lighting your remote control gas fire if you can change the batteries in the remote control and the receiver under your fire. The majority of the time, the problem is that one or both sets of the batteries have gone flat. If you’re not sure how to do this or changing the batteries hasn’t worked, give us a call and we’ll be able to help.

If there’s something not quite right with your gas fire, or it smells a bit funny, call us to book a service. You need to get your gas fire serviced every year. If you’re having problems with it, and it’s been over a year since it’s last service, that’s the first thing we’d recommend.
