Gretna is a small town in Scotland with a HUGE name around the world. People come here from far and wide to get Married.

Now Gretna is not known for is Tropical Climate, nor its sandy beaches, so apart from running away from home why do they come?

Well, I believe its because of the Great Fireplaces from Trafford Fireplaces. I can prove it. On one Valentines day not so long ago I was called to attend to one of our Fires at a Gretna Hotel and found no less than 7 Brides sitting around one of our Fires. Not a Husband or Father insight. I was recommended to come to you by my son, because you’re the best in the area. The showroom is very welcoming and products well presented. I found Brenda and the staff very helpful with good product knowledge. I bought the Nu-flame Energis Ultra 2 High Efficiency Living Flame Gas Fire with the High Level Button Controls. We came back to Trafford Fireplaces as we were previous customers. You have a well laid out showroom and a wide range of good quality products available.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and everyone we spoke to was very knowledgeable.

We bought a Nu Flame Energis Ultra 2 gas fire and this was fitted by Tony who was very friendly, tidy and made no mess.

There were a couple of manufacturing problems beyond your control but these were sorted very quickly and efficiently.

A special mention to Brenda as we were very undecided as to which fire/combination to choose and she couldn’t have been more helpful or patient.  Many thanks for all your help.
