I Googled you and you were the nearest. I didn’t go in the showroom. I spoke spoke over the phone to Peter the survey guy. He came out to me and was very good at explaining what I could have. I chose the Gazco Huntingdon 30 Balanced Flue Gas Stove in Ivory Enamel. Jamie the Fitter was great as we had some issues with the building. We came to your shop looking for a new stove and as we had walked passed several times and called in for fire sets we came in to have a look.
The staff were excellent and knowledgeable advice was freely given with no hard sell.
We chose a Pevex 30 slimline inset stove with the help of Brenda who was excellent and Tony who fitted it was again excellent.
We are very pleased with everything at Trafford Fireplaces but obviously at this time of year we have not had a chance to see how the stove performs, but we have every hope and expectation that it will be a fantastic feature and vastly superior to an open fire.
