We found your company on the internet and chose you for the good service. It was very nice to see all the different fires all set up in the showroom.
We were after a new fireplace and chose a Nu-Flame convector gas fire and Elgin & Hall Verdena surround. Peter was very helpful in explaining everything we needed to know about the products.
The fitters were very good, quick, clean and polite and we are very pleased with everything at Trafford Fireplaces and would shop there again.

I came to you because I wanted someone different from my first fire install. The dates and timescale suited me and the price was reasonable too. I didn’t go into the shop, I did everything over the phone and via email and Graeme was fantastic all round. I bought a Brunel 1A ivory enamel muti fuel stove and David fitted it. They were a great team from start to finish and I would recommend them.

We found you through an internet search and that’s why we came to you. The showroom was an educational experience. It was neat and tidy and easy to choose from. Stuart was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, two quite different qualities, and we bought a NuFlame slimline button control gas fire. Paul fitted it and he was great, there were no problems at all.

I noticed your shop while driving past and chose you because I had a better customer experience in your showroom. Other showrooms couldn’t be bothered. Your showroom had a better range and choice compared to others in the area and the staff were more interested. Graeme was very helpful, well informed and prepared to spend the time. He wasn’t too pushy, giving me time to make an informed choice. Paul fitted my Nu-Flame convector gas fire. I had no complaints about him and he was quick and efficient. There was a problem with my Donegal solid oak surround, but Graeme replaced it for us no problem and made sure everything was OK and that we were satisfied. I was very impressed with the after sales service.

I went to you because the shop looked well from the outside. Stewart was very helpful and explained the Fires well. I chose an Elgin & Hall Marble Fireplace with a Dimplex Electric Fire. Simon the fitter is a very nice chap and good at his job. I am very pleased. Could not ask for better service. The fitting was excellent.
