In 2000 I bought a fireplace and gas fire from you and in 2010 I bought a gas fire from you. When looking around your staff are always friendly and helpful. The showroom is pleasing with a good choice and Graeme was very pleasant and helpful in every way. I bought a Nu-Flame LPG remote control convector fire. Jamie and Peter fitted it, they were prompt and excellent. I am very satisfied.
