I decided to go with Trafford Fireplaces after the advice I was given on visiting the showroom. The showroom was excellent, the staff were helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. They presented different options but were very accommodating to the style I requested. I purchased the Integra Cast Iron Victorian Fireplace with the inset wood burning Stove. The fitters Tony and Alan could not be faulted. They went above and beyond, genuinely good decent people. When there was an issue with access to the chimney stack the Manager Graeme dealt with the issue speedily with a very fair resolution. Your showroom was very smart, tidy and clean and the staff were very helpful and explained the products to me.

I knew about you because I had purchased from you previously and I chose to buy from you because you have an excellent range of quality, specialist products. In the showroom I was made to feel welcome and I had a nice warm feeling when I entered. There is a good display of fires and fireplaces. Graeme was very professional and knew his products very well. I bought a Gordon solid oak mantle with a mocha beige marble set and a Danesbury LED electric fire in brass. Simon fitted it and he was first class and had outstanding workmanship. It was an excellent outcome and I am completely satisfied and would certainly recommend you.
