I decided to go with Trafford Fireplaces after the advice I was given on visiting the showroom. The showroom was excellent, the staff were helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. They presented different options but were very accommodating to the style I requested. I purchased the Integra Cast Iron Victorian Fireplace with the inset wood burning Stove. The fitters Tony and Alan could not be faulted. They went above and beyond, genuinely good decent people. When there was an issue with access to the chimney stack the Manager Graeme dealt with the issue speedily with a very fair resolution. We chose to come to you because you are the only supplier of the gas fire we wanted in our area. We thought the showroom was well laid out and there was plenty of choice. Eileen was very helpful and we bought a Danesbury gas fire in brass.

I chose to come to you because I had been in the shop before. I went to a fireplace shop in Penrith and there wasn’t a lot on display. I was just given brochures and told to go back when I had chosen something and they weren’t helpful at explaining what would suit me best. Your showroom was very clean and tidy and Graeme was very helpful and I bought a Imperial oak mantle, granite slabbed hearth and back and a brushed steel solid fuel fire. David fitted it and he was a clean and tidy worker. I’m pleased I came to you and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Trafford Fireplaces to anyone, well done.
